Mr. Welborn, who has served our middle school with dedication and care for the past three years, has accepted an outstanding opportunity to become superintendent at Deweyville ISD. We are grateful for his leadership and the many ways he has positively impacted our students and staff. Please join us in congratulating him on this exciting new chapter in his career.
At the same time, we are excited to announce that Ms. Katie Sanders has been named the new principal of Bridge City Middle School. Many of you know Ms. Sanders from her years of service in our district at BCI, and she is eager to begin this role.
